研究方向

RNA修飾介導的發育與代謝研究

RNA中有超過100種化學修飾被發現,它們的生物學功能和調控機製才剛剛開始被揭示,因此這些科學問題成為目前國際研究的焦點並形成了一個新的領域,表觀轉錄組學(epitranscriptomics)。我們前期首次鑒定了N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)甲基轉移酶複合物(又稱為writer complex)三個新的、在進化中保守的組分Nito/Rbm15Xio/ZC3H13Hakai,並發現它們通過修飾果蠅性別決定主導基因SxlmRNA,從而調控其可變剪接(alternative splicing)來控製果蠅的性別決定。實驗室今後將使用果蠅和小鼠模型在以下幾個方麵開展研究:(1)篩選m6A通路中新的因子及動物性別決定途徑新的成員;(2)解析m6A修飾在發育和代謝過程中的作用機理;(3)構建在動物體內修改RNA修飾的體係;(4)利用已構建的m6A報告係統篩選影響這一過程的化學小分子;(5)利用在m6A研究過程中積累的技術和手段展開對其它RNA修飾的功能性探索。


個人簡介

2000年獲南京大學理學學士;2009年獲美國辛辛那提大學分子與發育生物學博士;2010-2016年在美國哈佛大學醫學院遺傳學係,Howard Hughes Medical Institute,從事博士後研究;2016-2020年在中科院上海植物生理生態研究所/分子植物卓越中心任研究員及課題組長;2021年任万博英超狼队网官方网 研究員。入選國家青年拔尖人才、上海市海外高層次人才和浦江人才計劃。在Developmental Cell, PNAS, Nature Communications等國際學術期刊發表論文26篇;任《遺傳》期刊編委。目前承擔國家自然科學基金麵上項目、重大研究計劃、科技部重點研發計劃等項目。
