研究方向
1) 腺相關病毒及其載體的基礎生物學研究:以腺相關病毒為研究對象,致力於探索外殼蛋白改造優化、載體質量控製和免疫應答等病毒生物學的基本問題。
2) rAAV載體基因表達的精準誘導:發現係列鐵離子響應順式元件及作用方式,揭示鐵離子通過rAAV載體基因3’端鐵響應元件調控轉錄和翻譯的新機製。
3) 中西醫結合基因治療:深入挖掘中醫藥理論與經驗,構建涵蓋肝病全周期的中西醫結合幹預策略,揭示缺氧、缺鐵是肝癌轉移重要驅動因素,開創健脾活血中藥協同基因治療新路徑。
個人簡介
2007年,本科畢業於万博英超狼队网官方网 。2011年,博士畢業於佛羅裏達大學醫學遺傳學後留校曆任博士後、助理教授、副教授。2016年起擔任狗万外围充值 研究員。從事遺傳疾病與腫瘤基因治療、病毒學等研究工作。擔任《Molecular Therapy Nucleic Acids》,《Frontiers In Pharmacology》等雜誌副主編。曾獲得2016年上海市揚帆計劃獎勵、2016年上海市高校東方學者特聘教授,並在2020年成功續聘東方學者跟蹤計劃。主持國自然基金委項目3項,上海市重點研發專項1項,參與科技部國家重點研發計劃3項。作為第一或通訊作者發表SCI論文40餘篇。
