研究方向

腫瘤免疫的細胞信號機製

本團隊以胃癌為切入點,重點圍繞腫瘤免疫的細胞網絡、細胞互作及信號機製展開研究。研究內容包括:1)揭示胃癌免疫應答的關鍵細胞類型和細胞互作網絡,篩選發現新的免疫檢查點分子;2)探索器官交流(如腦胃軸)過程中胃癌免疫應答的功能模式,並在此基礎上探尋胃癌分子分型,揭示胃癌免疫微環境的時空異質性。


個人簡介

國家優青/中科院青促會會員(優秀)

2002年在東南大學獲醫學學士學位。2005年在東南大學獲碩士學位。2008年在中國疾病預防與控製中心獲醫學博士學位。2008-2012年在中科院上海生科院營養科學研究所進行博士後研究。2012-2020年在中科院上海生科院生化與細胞研究所(現分子細胞科學卓越中心)任職,先後任助理研究員 (2012年)、副研究員 (2014年)。2021年至今,在万博英超狼队网官方网 任青年研究員。

迄今以第一或共同第一作者(14 篇,其中8 篇排名第一)、共同通訊作者(8 篇)以及其它作者身份在Cancer Cell 2篇)、Nature ImmunologyNature CommunicationsJournal of Experimental Medicine2篇)、Advance ScienceEMBO JournalCell ResearchOncogene等國際知名學術期刊上發表研究論文34 篇,累計影響因子近200,他引近900次,單篇最高他引超460次。主持國家基金委青年、麵上、優青、重大研究計劃(培育)以及中科院“先導”專項(子課題)等多個項目。入選中科院“青年創新促進會”(2014年),獲得賽諾菲‐上海生科院優秀青年人才獎勵(2014年),入選國家“優青”(2018年)及“青促會優秀會員”(2019年),並獲得上海醫學科技獎二等獎(2020年)等。
