張文宏，男，教授，博士生導師，万博体育分 PI。教育部長江學者特聘教授，國家衛健委突出貢獻中青年專家，全國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情先進個人，全國優秀共產黨員。現任國家傳染病醫學中心主任，狗万外围充值 附屬華山醫院感染科主任，狗万外围充值 臨床醫學院內科學係主任，上海市傳染病與生物安全應急響應重點實驗室主任，上海市新冠肺炎醫療救治專家組組長。

獲獎情況

榮獲全國創新爭先獎、上海市科技進步一等獎、上海市科普獎特等獎、中華醫學會醫學獎、上海市醫學科技獎等多項科技成果獎；並先後獲得全國科普工作先進工作者、國家健康科普專家庫入選者、上海市市長質量獎、2020年“最美教師、2021年“中國城市人物”、首屆“國之名醫·優秀風範”獎、科普傑出人物獎等獎。

研究成果及貢獻

長期專注於重大傳染性疾病流行消除診治創新技術的探索，並對新發突發傳染病的預警與大流行應對技術的建立作出貢獻。主要包括以下幾個方麵：

（一）消除結核病流行關鍵技術研究。長期致力於中國結核病流行消除與耐多藥結核病診治新技術方案探索。注冊中國最早的潛伏結核短程預防方案的RCT研究，優化和首創超短程潛伏結核預防治療，將療程從3個月縮短至1個月，在中國西部廣泛用於消除校園結核病的臨床實踐；提出國際上創新的短程治療策略，突破我國耐多藥結核病不足50%的低治愈率瓶頸；牽頭全國多中心臨床研究（中國PZA研究），研發出治愈率超80%的12個月短程治療方案，被《耐多藥結核病短程治療中國專家共識》、《中國耐多藥和利福平耐藥結核病治療專家共識(2019年版)》、《耐藥結核病診治規範(2019年版)》三個共識/規範共同推薦。耐多藥結核病治療方案連續被2016、2018、2022年WHO耐多藥結核病指南引用。

（二）致力於慢性乙肝的功能性治愈新策略研究。團隊長期致力於肝病的功能性治愈，明確了血清HBV-RNA水平與功能性治愈相關核心分子cccDNA的肝內轉錄活性的相關性。開發了針對慢性乙型肝炎的非整合型慢病毒載體治療性疫苗，大型臨床研究驗證了分階段免疫疊加治療獲得更高功能性治愈的治療理念。（三）新發傳染病的鑒定、監測與大流行準備技術研究。2013年起建立全國首個感染性疾病病原精準診斷中心平台，在全球首次經病原學和免疫學角度分別驗證豬偽狂犬病毒跨物種傳播，完成國際第一例通過宏基因組學技術快速鑒定非洲錐蟲病並成功救治危重患者的案例；在我國北方建立大型布魯菌病隊列，自然史研究成為國際醫學教育項目（ACCME）的經典案例；2020年新冠疫情爆發以來，在全球首次對兩針滅活疫苗+重組蛋白疫苗序貫免疫的保護性及其機製進行了研究，為國家第三針加強策略的部署提供依據；2023年全國首次報道奧密克戎長新冠隊列隨訪結果。團隊上述多個成果或被WHO指導文件引用並發表於高質量國際論文上。以第一作者/通訊作者在國內外期刊上發表論文300餘篇，包括SCI論文200餘篇。研究成果獲國家授權專利9項，主編及參編各類感染病學專著20餘部。
