個人簡介

徐書華無黨派人士;2006年博士畢業於狗万外围充值 ,同年入職中科院-馬普學會計算生物學夥伴研究所,曆任助理研究員、副研究員、研究員;2009年建立群體基因組學研究組(PGG);2012-2018年擔任德國馬普學會和中科院共同支持的青年科學家小組組長;2013年兼任上海科技大學特聘教授、入選首批萬人計劃青年拔尖人才;2015年任中科院特聘研究員(核心骨幹)、獲國家傑出青年基金;2016年入選上海市優秀學術帶頭人;2018年兼任中科院動物進化與遺傳前沿交叉卓越創新中心特聘研究員、入選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才;2019年獲英國皇家學會牛頓高級訪問學者基金資助;20217月入職狗万外围充值 任特聘教授,建立人類群體組學實驗室(POG)。兼任遺傳學會理事、上海市遺傳學會常務理事、上海市人類學會理事;兼任多個SCI學術期刊編委如Molecular Genetics and Genomics共同主編Scientific ReportsHuman GenomicsHereditasBMC Genomic Data資深編輯Senior Editor)。


研究方向

群體組學/人類遺傳/分子進化/生物信息學/計算生物學

發展和運用群體遺傳學方法和計算生物學手段,致力於研究人群遺傳結構、環境適應和微觀進化等方麵的科學問題;Science, Cell,PNAS, Nature Genetics, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, The American Journal of Human Genetics, Nucleic Acids Research, Genome Research, Molecular Biology and Evolution等期刊發表SCI收錄學術論文100多篇、被引用4600多次、單篇最高被引用570次以上。承擔國家自然基金委重大研究計劃集成項目、重點項目、麵上項目、新冠應急專項、中科院先導專項、上海市市級重大專項、科技部重點研發計劃研究課題;中科院青年科學家獎、中科院院長獎(導師)、教育部自然科學一等獎、國家自然科學二等獎
