個人簡介

2008年畢業於中國科學技術大學,細胞生物學博士。畢業後赴美國貝勒醫學院從事生物質譜和蛋白質組學博士後研究工作。2012年全職回國在北京蛋白質組研究中心任副研究員、研究員。2013年入選北京市第九批“海聚工程”,2014年入選“北京市優秀青年人才”。2015年起受聘為万博英超狼队网官方网 研究員。


研究方向

發展蛋白質組學新技術新方法;基於質譜/蛋白質組學技術的轉錄調控研究;蛋白質組各高維度關係解析(配體-受體、酶-底物等)。在大規模、低豐度、高維度蛋白質組學技術開發與應用方麵具備特色,建立了國際上最高效的蛋白質組深度覆蓋平台和首個蛋白質組數據綜合分析雲平台;發明了細胞內源性轉錄因子大規模鑒定、活性定量方法和單一轉錄因子轉錄調控複合物質譜研究模式。近5年以第一作者或通訊作者在Nature BiotechnologyMolecular CellJournal of Experimental MedicineNature CommunicationsPNASMolecular & Cellular ProteomicsAnalytical Chemistry等高水平雜誌發表論文11篇。作為項目負責人主持科技部國際合作項目1項、863子課題1項、國家自然科學基金1項、北京市自然科學基金麵上項目1項、北京市留學人員擇優資助重點項目1項。獲得中國專利3項、美國專利1項。
