個人簡介

男,198311月出生,博士,青年副研究員。2001-2005年就讀山東大學藥學院,2006-2013年在英國伯明翰大學万博体育分 做研究生,2008年獲理學碩士學位,2013年獲計算生物學博士學位。20135月到万博英超狼队网官方网 任教,先後任師資博士後、青年副研究員。自2013年起負責承擔了國家自然科學基金、衛健委、教育部專項及狗万外围充值 校級課題共8項,並以課題骨幹參與一項國家科技部‘973’項目,兩項國家重大研發計劃項目;已發表SCI論文20餘篇。


主要研究方向

圍繞微陣列芯片、二代或三代高通量‘組學’測序數據的處理、整合和信息挖掘的分析和方法學研究;已成功開發出具有獨立自主知識產權的簡化基因組測序及分析平台、原發性免疫缺陷疾病PANEL檢測分析平台、腫瘤新生抗原分析預測算法平台。上述分析檢測技術平台已經在華山醫院和上海市公共衛生臨床中心等醫院廣泛應用於臨床和科研。

承擔本科生和研究生課程:《微陣列芯片和高通量組學數據分析與應用》,《組學數據的統計分析和挖掘》,《生物信息學》課程的教學工作。
