個人簡介  

男,1962年出生,博士,教授。1980-1984年就讀於杭州大學(現浙江大學)生物係。1984-1987年在中國科學院上海細胞生物學研究所學習,獲碩士學位。1990-1995年在美國聖路易斯華盛頓大學 (Washington University at St. Louis) 學習,獲博士學位。1995-2000年在美國哈佛醫學院(Harvard Medical School)進行博士後研究。2000-2009年在美國辛辛那提大學兒童醫院醫學中心(Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center)任教,先後任助理教授 (2000)、副教授 (2005)、教授 (2008年)。2009-2016年在中國科學院動物研究所任研究員、膜生物學國家重點實驗室主任,主要從事發育信號轉導及幹細胞生物學的研究。


研究方向

以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,並結合人源幹細胞體外培養體係,研究WntBMPHhJAK/STAT 等信號通路的調控機製;研究信號轉導、轉錄調控和表觀遺傳對內髒器官(腸、肺等)的穩態維持、組織再生和幹細胞調控的作用機製;探討信號轉導、遺傳變異和表觀遺傳在發育和幹細胞調控、以及相關人類疾病(如腫瘤、先天性缺陷等)中的作用機製。

林鑫華教授在國際核心期刊上發表論文共70餘篇。許多成果被Nature綜述類雜誌重點介紹;蛋白糖在形態發生素濃度梯度形成的研究,被認為是發育生物學領域的重大發現;對Wnt蛋白的分泌、分布以及信號轉導的貢獻獲得發育生物學家們的一致肯定;近年來有關內髒器官的穩態維持和幹細胞領域的研究也獲得同行專家的廣泛關注和認可。
